Robin Hill Countryside Adventure Park, Newport,

Set in 88 acres of countryside, there is something for everyone at this country park, including woodland walks, toboggan runs, hillbilly slides, swingship, bird watching and falconry displays.  Three to four hours of activities and attractions.

Beautiful area of flora and fauna with a Chine (narrow ravine) that covers over three acres, and has a stunning 105ft drop to sea level.  The formation of the Chine has taken place over thousands of years and whilst the island has a number of these, Shanklin is one of the largest. 

Fort Victoria Country Park, Isle of Wight, 01983 761214

Fort Victoria Country Park has a variety of activities to offer visitors. The Fort was originally built on the north shore of the Isle of Wight to guard the Solent and the remains of the Fort is now home to a Martine Aquarium, Underwater Archaeology Centre, Planetarium and Model Railway – not to mention the surrounding nearly 50 acres of Country Park with seashore and woodland walks!
