See crafts demonstrated and hear tales of courtly love and chivalry and when it’s time to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, savour the sights, sounds and smells from the medieval kitchens conjuring up authentic fayre with hogs roasting over open coals and award winning ales and linger a while in the beautiful grounds of Herstmonceux Castle.
