Family Time
The Abinger Hatch know how difficult fitting in family time together is these days. There are never enough hours in the day!
So...they have brought forward the evening opening hours for SUPPER to 6pm! Now all the family can enjoy a family tea time together with kids and grown up menus available - saves on the washing up too and leaves you with only bath and story time to worry about!
Lazy Sundays at the Hatch
Enjoy a fab Sunday lunch right through to 8pm in the evening.
Why not enjoy a long winter's walk and work up your appetite over lunchtime and join the Hatch for a more leisurely late lunch experience, by booking your table with them after 3pm on a Sunday.
As an incentive (as if you needed one!), for the rest of November, they are offering a free carafe of house white or red for tables of 4 or more who book after 3pm!
So kick back, enjoy a lie in, go for a nice long walk and come and enjoy lunch by the fireside at the Hatch, after the hoards have been and let the good times roll....!

Cyclists & Walkers...
Set in perfect cycling and walking countryside, the Abinger Hatch welcomes all of you who are taking advantage of the scenery whether on 2 wheels or 2 legs or even accompanied by 4 legs! With freshly made sandwiches, rolls and wraps alongside home-made cakes, they can cater to quick pit stops without the need for you to wait. For the cyclists among you, yhey also have a bike repair kit, pump and power hose to wash down your kit. For all our four-legged friends there are dog bowls and treats and chews on the house.
Outside Bar
Enjoy the fabulous outside bar and kitchen, with amazing wood-burning oven and BBQ, and fully stocked fridges and cask ale. Open all day on Saturdays during the summer months, serving delicious food and drinks and also any other times that the sun is shining and there's a chance to for you to spread out and enjoy our fabulous gardens. Saturday is also Croquet day set out for you to enjoy on our perfectly groomed lower lawn!
Garden, Picnic, Games...
There is no prettier spot to be in Surrey than in the gardens of The Abinger Hatch.
In rolling English countryside, opposite a sweet little duck pond and pretty church, enjoy one of our 3 lawns, whether seated at a table or lying in the sun on one of our picnic rugs. You can enjoy a picnic hamper from the bar with a chilled bottle of rose, or choose to feast on a shoulder of lamb, cooked in our wood-burning oven which takes centre stage in our great outside kitchen and bar area. Why not enjoy one of the many games they have on offer…croquet, badminton, cricket, swing ball, giant pick-up sticks to name a few.
